Client Y
I actually found Client Y when I was about to sign up to her course. On the discovery call she clocked what I could do, and by the next call I wasn't onboarding as a student, I was onboarding as her VA.
It started small, a few hours a week, taking the bits she didn't want to touch. Chasing payments, managing logins, keeping track of who was mid-programme and what happened when they finished. The unglamorous stuff that still has to get done.
Within a month she asked how soon I could drop to part-time in my nine to five. Six weeks later, I did.
From there I went from task-doer to right hand. The spreadsheets, the automations, the funnels, the social, the events, two new programme launches.
When we started in June 2024 she was doing £23k a month. By January 2025 she hit £50k. That's not all me, she's got a team, but I was in the room for all of it.
