So for those of you that are wanting to know a little bit more about me...
I'm based in the UK but given the choice I'd have my feet in the sand somewhere warm. I'm a beach person at heart, though honestly, if there's a good trip on the table I'm probably saying yes regardless.

I love yoga, baking sourdough, making candles, getting stuck into a DIY project, or binge watching a good programme or documentary. I've also recently been converted into a women's football fan which I did not see coming but here we are.

From the age of 18 I worked at Butlins as a Redcoat, it built my confidence and gave me the ability to talk to pretty much anyone. From there I went into social care and spent 11 years working in different roles, from children's homes to team leadership. I loved the work but eventually burnt out and knew it was time to do something for myself.

And if you do decide to follow me on socials, you'll probably notice I have a fluffy office companion... though I use that term loosely, given that his main contribution to the working day is finding the comfiest spot and snoring through my calls.
My Approach
I like keeping communication clear and straightforward, you shouldn't have to chase me for updates or wonder what's happening.
I work around how you prefer to do things rather than forcing you into my process.

I'll get on with things without needing constant check-ins, but if something isn't clear or I need your input, I'll just ask. When I spot an issue or see something that could work better, I can either flag it for you to decide or just sort it - depends what works better for you.

I'm ICO registered and insured. I take sensitive information seriously. Coming from a social care background, I understand the importance of confidentiality and handling data properly
